Day 02: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir
Today, proceed for a scenic excursion to the high-altitude Tsomgo Lake, a sacred glacial lake renowned for its ever-changing colours and breathtaking mountain views.

Continue onwards to Baba Mandir, a revered shrine dedicated to an Indian Army soldier and an important spiritual site in the region. After enjoying the serene Himalayan landscape, return to Gangtok.

Proceed towards Pelling, travelling via Namchi, one of South Sikkim’s most important cultural centres. En route, visit the revered Siddheshwar Dham (Char Dham), a grand pilgrimage complex showcasing replicas of the four sacred Dhams of India, along with the peaceful Sai Temple.

Continue the scenic drive through lush valleys and mountain landscapes to Pelling.

Enjoy a full day exploring the natural and cultural highlights of Pelling. Begin with visits to the charming Darap Village, the cascading Rimbi Waterfalls, and the sacred Khecheopalri Lake, believed to fulfil wishes.
