Arrive at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport and proceed to Phuentsholing, the gateway of Bhutan by road from India. Situated at the foothills, Phuentsholing is a lively commercial town marking the transition from the Indian plains to the Bhutanese Himalayas.

Continue to Rinpung Dzong, an imposing fortress that has served as a defensive stronghold and now functions as the administrative and monastic center of Paro.

Later, visit the historic ruins of Drukgyel Dzong, built to commemorate Bhutanese victories and offering stunning views of Mount Jhomolhari on clear days. Conclude the day with a visit to Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest and most sacred temples in Bhutan, dating back to the 7th century.

In the evening, explore Paro town and enjoy the peaceful valley atmosphere.
